Living Wills
Despite the name, a Living Will is not actually a will in the sense that its purpose is not to express the intent of someone in transferring property after their death. Rather, a Living Will is more an instruction to a physician or healthcare provider of their instructions should they become incapacitated or permanently unconscious. Issues of resuscitation, tube feeding or organ donation are some of the matters that might be addressed in a living will.
